Hi,
How actuals costs are calculated in demand?
I know that once time cards are approved then expense lines are created, and once processed they turn into actual costs.
But a part of resource management, how planned costs become actuals?
thank you!

Thank you, but I wonder how, regardless of resource management, actual costs are managed in demand management.
Expense lines can be created only manually? When? There's any automated flow?
For example if I create a new cost plan not related to resource management, I expect that planned cost to be converted into an actual somehow.
thank you
