Hi,
In the native UI, when I go to Demand Record (dmn_demand) , i have in the related list the 'Cost Plan'.
Under this related list i have two options: 'Manage' and 'New'.
but if i go to Strategic Planning workspace, i only have the 'New' option without the "Manage". how can I add the Manage?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi,
FYI demand management is coming to SPW in the future, it's on the SPM roadmap however it's likely to be later in 2026 (dates to be confirmed).
For now, if you're happy to navigate to the classic financial management UI, you can implement a declarative action as follows
- Navigate to 'Related List Actions' under Declarative Actions in your application navigator
- Create a new record
- Set 'Implemented as' to Client Script
- Set the table to cost_plan
- Set 'Experience Restricted' to true
- Set the client script as below
function onClick() {
var link = '/$task_financials.do?&sysparm_plan_type=costPlan&sysparm_goto_url=dmn_demand.do?sys_id=' + g_form.getUniqueValue() + '&sysparm_sys_class_name=' + g_form.getTableName() + '&sysparm_taskId=' + g_form.getUniqueValue() + '&sysparm_nostack=true';
var win = top.window.open(link, '_self');
win.focus();
}
Save the record, and use the related links action 'Advanced View'. In the related list 'action configuration' use the edit option and add 'SPW Record Page Action Config'

The Cost plan related list seems to be coming from Defined Relationships.
You can find that here
the Manager button in related list in Native must be Custom one
OOTB Defined relationships don't have Edit button, seems someone did a hack and created that button
The New or Edit button does not appear on a one-to-many related list
check this link on how to add new button in related list in workspace
SOLVED: Workaround for "Edit ..." buttons on Related Lists of Workspaces

Hi @Alon Grod ,
The Manage button available on the Demand’s Cost Plan related list redirects the user to the Financial Summary page, where the cost and monetary benefit plans can be viewed.
View financial summary of cost and monetary benefit plans
However, this is not available OOB in the Portfolio Planning Workspace or Strategic Planning Workspace.
If similar functionality is required, you can implement it by creating a Related List Action on the cost_plan table.
Thanks
Anand

is that a defined relationship?
Did you find it in Relationships table in left nav?
