SPM Filtering out Sub Projects

I'm not able to find out where I can filter out sub projects from a list. I know you can filter our parent projects in a list using the related list conditions and selecting Project -> Parent and having it equal 0 records. Not able to figure out how to work that backwards to remove sub projects instead.

The goal is to just see Projects and Parent Projects. If a project is a sub project, I don't want it to be in the list. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

After some testing, I was just overthinking this. Just setting Parent is Empty works.
