Is there an easy way to just enter in and see planned cost and actual cost of work under a portfolio? (i.e., demands, projects, programs, etc.)

@Connie9 Have a look at the PMO Dashboard >> Summary page where you can filter respective portfolio and you see cost details rolled up at the Portfolio level like planned cost, Actual cost, etc...

yes but how are you able to enter in the 'Actual cost'? I know that the 'Planned cost' is calculated by creating the Cost plans to a project that will roll up to the program or portfolio.

Also they want to see the list of the records as well like columns and rows. I know there's the 'Investment Portal' that can give you that kind of view but still not sure how to be able to enter in actuals.

Hi @Connie9 actuals are mostly entered through expense lines against a cost plan (planned cost) and that is what gets rolled up at Project, Program level.
