Greetings,
Reaching out as I was hoping someone might be able to share (if allowable) a class model/data model of the SPM module. The reason I ask, is because my team and I are trying to currently understand where some overlap may be between some of the class types included in the Enterprise Architecture Management tool we're using (UPM-X), versus some of the native ServiceNow modules (APM, ITSM, SPM, etc.). I've looked through quite a bit of the documentation of SPM, and the best info I can find shows some of the tables that are installed with the SPM module, but I was hoping to see if there might be any sort of visual metamodel for it? That way, I can understand what relationships exist between these tables/class types, and compare it to those that exist in UPM-X. For reference, here's some of the metamodel documentation UPM-X shares about their product. I'd love to understand SPM to that level of detail, and building off of a visual metamodel would be greatly beneficial.
Would be very helpful as we try to make sure we're leveraging ServiceNow as effectively across-the-board! Thank you very much for your time!
