SPM/PMO Portfolio/Program/Project Structure

Possibly thinking about restructuring our Project Management Office Portfolio/Program structure.

We currently have two Portfolios (Strategic and Operational) and numerous underlying Programs.

Curious if anyone would be willing to share their structure?

We utilize one portfolio and numerous programs and projects.  We use the investment class to separate strategic and operational.

Are there particular challenges with the current model, or certain improvements you’re hoping to achieve (like better visibility, alignment with strategy, or smoother program management)?
