Unable to re-import Azure DevOps items after deleting them from ServiceNow

While trying to work on the Azure DevOps integration in ServiceNow, we noted that our stories, epics, and features were not mapped properly.  In order to do so, we decided to delete all the previous entries and reimport, only to find out that we are unable to do so.

 

Is there any way we can get around this issue?

Hi @tahnalos ,

 

Deregister the entire integration connection. This removes all associated correlation mappings for that connection. Re-register the integration with your Azure DevOps instance. Perform a fresh import of all work items (epics, stories, features). Reconfigure field mappings and webhooks as needed (Integrations > Azure DevOps > Process Mappings). 

Sadly, I think that's the only way or check the field mappings if anything else is missing.
