SPM/PMO Portfolio/Program/Project Structure

Possibly thinking about restructuring our Project Management Office Portfolio/Program structure.

We currently have two Portfolios (Strategic and Operational) and numerous underlying Programs.

Curious if anyone would be willing to share their structure?

Hello Alpa82, we have not run into that issue, however, in the past we have created a new program for one project to keep it separated in it's own bucket. We do have Programs that are strictly in the Strategic portfolio that use a Project Manager, but customers have requested the project be ran as projects in the Operational portfolio would be ran and the Systems Manager run the project.
