Hi all,

Some questions about Project Management:

- Change of state and phases are automated? If so, which are the triggers?

I see that as soon as a project is created the state is Pending and the Phase is Initiation, what about the others? It seems they are all manual.

WIP state and Execution phase are triggered once the first task date is met?

- How key milestones work and where are they visible?

- Score tab is available, but the scoring is calculated only in the demand, right? So it is manually populated? Or the values are brought from the original demand?

Hello, 

In general, there is little automation in the states and phases of a project.

Key milestones typically will show on status reports is configured for that.

Yes, scores do come from the demand. There are generally on the project for reference only.
