What Agile features are included in the Standard SPM license on Yokohama version?

Hi everyone,

I’d like to clarify which Agile capabilities are available with the Standard ServiceNow SPM license in the Yokohama version.
I know that Agile functionality can vary depending on the license tier (Standard vs. Professional), but it’s not very clear what’s included out of the box in Standard for Yokohama.

Could someone please share:

• Which Agile modules (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are available?

• Are there limitations compared to the Professional tier?

• Any official documentation or release notes you could point me to?

SPM Standard license does NOT provide Agile capabilities.

• Which Agile modules (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are available?

  • None with SPM Standard license.

• Are there limitations compared to the Professional tier?

  • Yes, there are.

• Any official documentation or release notes you could point me to?

  • Please contact your Account Executive to get the details. In case you are ServiceNow partner, then please access partner portal to get this information.
