SPM - Resource Management Workspace

Hi all,

Resource Management Workspace just needs PPM standard?

Our client has SPM pro, so it should be included right?

Differently, what is needed to have it?

Check all the plugins. Resource mgt is included in SPM standard and SPM pro (last time I checked). You just need to make sure you activate all the plugins you need.

You do not have to pay additional cost for Resource Management Workspace. It is included in SPM Pro without any additional cost/license.

To enable, it is necessary to install the ' Resource Management Workspace' plugin in current release.

To activate Resource Management Workspace, you need to install the 'Resource Management Workspace' application from the ServiceNow Store.

Name: Resource Management Workspace

ID: sn_rm_ws

Thank you, two questions:

- Resource Management Workspace is included in SPM Pro without any additional cost/license?

- So to install it is necessary ServiceNow Store or the plugins?

FYI - Plan is that in future release, it will be automatically installed with SPM plugin... However, this is for  post Yokohama so confirmation would be near to Zurich release....
