How to measure the time from the initiation of work to its completion of the story based on state. State includes ready, work in progress, Testing, UAT testing . It includes both active and idle time.
In brief, have to calculate each state duration of the story excluding weekends and only calculation done on 8 am to 5pm as a working hours
Is it possible to do using SLA or which method we can achieve this?
