SPM to Jira integration (SPM Project to Jira Capability)

Has anyone created a bidirectional integration when the taxonomy is SPM Project to Jira Capability, and then have Jira Epics go back under the Projects so the project manager can see progress/status, etc of the Epics? Or, figured out a workaround to achieve this goal?

Hi Stacy,
Ideally Project Manager or Product Owner creates Epics within SPM under the projects.

Alternatively, (just an idea), you can try synching ServiceNow Projects to Jira and having the Jira users update the Project reference on Jira Epics.
You would need to:
- Create a issue type in Jira called "ServiceNow Projects"

- Configure mappings for Project table with Jira's "ServiceNow Projects"

- Create a link between Jira Epics and Jira Projects
