How do I determine who is moving a story in or out of a sprint? I don't see the change marked in the "notes" section of the story. Am I missing something?

Hi @TPigeon ,
To determine who is moving a story, use ServiceNow's Auditing feature or Metric Fields to track changes. You can access Change History within a story record to see who made the last update.

Hi @TPigeon ,
OOB Sprint field is not added to the filter criteria on activites section, you need to ask your admin to add the sprint field to filter.
Thanks

Hi @TPigeon
Please add the sprint field to the "activities" using filter activity -> configure available fields.

Hi @TPigeon ,
By design, sprint changes don’t get logged under Notes. If you need visibility, the cleanest way is to enable auditing on the Sprint field for the story table. Once that’s active, every move in or out of a sprint will be captured with the user and timestamp.
If you just want a quick check without changing configuration, you can also use the History → List option on the story to see when the Sprint field was updated and by whom.
Thanks & Regards,
