Hello,
We start using Resource Management et Capacity planning in the Strategic Planning Workspace. Following the guide, I could configure successfully the groups, roles and attributes. It works fine !
I just encountered a problem with the new Resource Assignment in Resource Management Workspace or in the Strategic Planning Workspace:
I plan the engineer "Mr. Z" to work 100 hours on a A-project in a time period between the 1st of october and the end of november.
After saving this record, the allocation is "even". The hours are distributed on the full period.
My question :
How can I specify "frontload" ?
I need to plan 100 hours immediately to see the next availability of this engineer.
I need to plan Mr. Z for another internal customer after he has finished to work on the A-Project.
I could do that with the old Resource Plan functionality.
Thank you in advance for your ideas and answers.
Best regards,
Fabrice

Hello @udryf ,
Sorry for late response.
Starting Xanadu -resource assignments - out of the box, only even load is supported.
If you would like to use front load then one of the script includes need to be updated (this is customization). After updating, you can use only the front load (and not the even load). So in essence either even load or front load is available for the users.
Hope this answers the query and if it does please mark this as a correct response.
Thank You!
