Hi @Dr_ Wiselin
To resolve this issue, you would typically need to install or activate the relevant plugin. Here’s how you can proceed:
1. Navigate to Plugins: System Definition > Plugins.
2. Find the Plugin: In the Plugins list, look for the plugin by name or ID. The specific plugin you’re looking for could be under various names related to “Alignment Planner Workspace”, “Agile Development 2.0”, or specifically functionality related to SAFe.
3. Verify Plugin Availability: If you cannot find the plugin easily, you might need to use the Find search bar at the top of the Plugins page. Sometimes, the required functionality might be part of a larger plugin or suite, so consider looking for Agile Development or Strategic Portfolio Management plugins.
4. Activate the Plugin: Once you’ve found the relevant plugin (or if you’re unsure, you could look for “com.snc.sdlc.agile.multi”, which is related to Agile Development 2.0 or other strategic planning and alignment plugins), click the Activate/Install button. Please note, the activation process might require you to have specific roles like admin or additional permissions, and it could take a few minutes to complete. In some cases, you might be prompted to enter a ServiceNow credential if it’s a subscription-based plugin.
5. Post-Activation: After the plugin is activated, the sn_align_core_safe_epic table and other related features should be available in your ServiceNow instance.
