Task is empty on Timsheet Portal

Hi All,

 

When I am using the 'Add to timesheet' on any task it is not reflecting the task number and short description of it in the logged time card.

Even for admin this is not working. Could anyone please suggest here? Thanks

Have you modified anything in this space, any back end script? Also, how is that project card brought onto the Portal -is there a Resource Plan attached to it?

We have not modified any script. These Project tasks are having resource plans/cost plans in it and assigned to me.

Hm..if the configuration is OOTB, then it's likely to be a bug. We've had a similar issue, but it was due to some customisation, hence my question. I think you might have more success by raising a case with SN Support
