Task is empty on Timsheet Portal

Hi All,

When I am using the 'Add to timesheet' on any task it is not reflecting the task number and short description of it in the logged time card.

Even for admin this is not working. Could anyone please suggest here? Thanks

Those that we made customisations were Time Card Grid, Time Card Portal - Task Selector and Time Card Portal Main Container

I didn't ask on what family version you're on and also whether you tried the option to Generate the time cards either by the Generate button or Copy from previous time sheet to check if the behaviour is consistent or only when using the hyperlink "Add to timesheet"

are you referring that in the task filed you are not able to select any task? Like project task , incident etc?

Hi @Runjay Patel , the task number is not populating in the 'logged time card'

In the short description column, it should show number and short descript but currently it is showing Project/Project and when opening it, the task field is showing empty as provided in the screenshot.

So you are filling data but that is not reflecting post saving the time card right?

I am using the 'add to timesheet' button which is creating 'Logged time card'

Now, this PRJ number or it's short description not reflecting on the logged card even after submitting it.
