Is the TBM taxonomy for IT preloaded in ServiceNow for us to use?

Hi @Kelli Fellows ,

 

The TBM (Technology Business Management) taxonomy seems  not "preloaded" as a plug-and-play solution in ServiceNow as per available docs.

no it’s not. But you can easily create the TBM taxonomy according to service and service offering… or is it something else that your thinking of?

Thanks!  I had heard that it may be coming pre-loaded, so wanted to confirm before manually loading.
