I am interested to know if any of you have dedicated testers/QA who undertake testing when upgrading the platform. We use a number of modules in the SN platform including SPM. I would like to know if you have a dedicated team or person who has developed test scripts for testing the modules for each platform upgrade.
How do you manage testing across the platform?
Do you have a dedicated team or person?
Do you have software that helps to automate testing.
In my scenario I am particularly interested in how you manage the SPM testing with the number of modules within it, ie Project Planning, Ridac, Demand, Resource Management, Financials etc.
