 What drives the color of the project number on the project form?

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

  • Green:
    Indicates the project is on track and progressing as planned. 
     
  • Yellow/Amber:
    Suggests the project is at risk, requiring attention, or is approaching a deadline. 
     
  • Red:
    Highlights critical issues, delays, or overdue tasks that could jeopardize the project's success. 
     
  • Blue:
    Can be used to indicate a finished or completed project, or a project that is in a planned state and not yet started. 
     
Grey:
Can be used to indicate a project that is in a planned state and not yet started. 
 
Script includes: PmProgramStatusReport & PmProjectStatusReport are responsible for the status update.
