The Project & Demand data is not getting mapped properly for the Planning item table

Hi All,

We have a OOB Department field use on the pm_project & dmn_demand table to use the Department accordingly, and it was configured to IT department, now we have reset it back to OOB setup as Snow provided and introduced new custom field 'IT department' and the first OOB "Department" field have lots of data around 2000+ so we have written the Fix script to move the data from OOB "Dept" field to "IT Department" for demanad and project table.

Now next step is we have to map these field on the 'Alignment IntegrationServiceNow Internal' so the same data will be available on Planning item table 'sn_align_core_planning_item'.

We have mapped 

Execution table: demand 

Alignment table: Project

And mapped the OOB "Department" and "IT Department" to the respective fields

and import the data, we have imported the data successfully.

The issue we are facing that some data has been properly mapped but some data has duplicates 

So if anyone can help in this matter, please let me know
