The system generate the expense line automatically without any manual changes.

The system generate the expense line automatically without typing anything in expense line. It's really weird since no any action be conducted in the system.

Condition is the expense line is created according to one cost plan, the cost plan is the "even" calculation type which means the total cost is break evenly in the upcoming month. For example, total cost is USD$50000 for 5 months, the cost is breaked evenly $USD 10000 in each month. other than that, no any other setting beyong that.

It could be related to Time Booking. By default, for each approved time card, expense line is generated in "Pending" state. If the time card is not mapped to a Resource Plan ( and underpinning Cost Plan), then it creates a Cost Plan as well. However, before processing the expense line, you have a choice to correct the Cost Plan. Hope this helps.

Thanks adityad. one thing not mentioned yet is the expense line not from the resource plan , we manually create the expense line according to cost plan that is created manually since it's the " consultant cost". so the expense line not related to time card.
