We have the following requirement, but it appears that the functionality is not configured OOTB it only seems to generate via the time sheet portal when the cases is closed.
Time Worked Entry:
- Staff must be able to enter the amount of time worked directly into the 'Time Worked' field on any case.
- Upon saving the case, a corresponding 'Time Worked' record should be automatically created and associated with the case.
Time Card Generation:
- Staff should have the ability to bring the 'Time Worked' record into their time sheet portal by clicking 'Generate Time Cards.'
- The system must allow this functionality to be executed while the case is still open, not just after the case has been closed.
