Hi,

There is not a SerivceNow OOTB one, we build it is based on the organization and delegation of tasks, it varies from organization to organization.  For example does Finance have to approve a Demand.  

We built the RACI based on who owned each stage in the Demand Approval process for Demands.  For projects we used the Portfolio Manager as accountable, the PM was responsible.
