Tracking SAFe PI Risks

Would like to know how others are tracking your PI risks in ServiceNow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

It offers a way to identify, track, and manage PI Objectives and dependencies, but I don't see anything for Risk.  Am I missing something or is it not there?

I, too, wonder how people are doing this.  I was thinking about creating a new feature type for ART risks and capturing stories reflecting each one, BUT how then could we ROAM them?  Anxious to see what others are doing! 🙂
