Turning on Resource Assignment & Capacity

I don’t see Resource Assignment or capacity as part of PPM Standard plugin?

can anyone guide me how to get these activated?

Just in case anyone is revisiting this after Washington DC release, the connectivity between Resource Plans and Resource Assignments has now been significantly enhanced.  There are still a few differences in functionality between what is now "legacy" resource planning and the new Resource Assignment engine, but even those little gaps are closing over the coming releases.

Hi @Mary , I think I worked with this use case in my experience with Work4flow. I gave the below steps a try:

- Navigate to your ServiceNow instance and log in with administrative privileges.
- Go to the **System Update Sets** module.
- Search for the plugin named **Resource Management** or **Resource Management Professional**.
- If the plugin is not already activated, request activation from your ServiceNow administrator or IT team.
- Once activated, configure the plugin settings as per your organization's requirements.
- Ensure that user roles and permissions are set up correctly to access Resource Assignment and Capacity features.
- Provide training to relevant users on how to use Resource Assignment and Capacity functionalities effectively.
- Monitor usage and gather feedback from users to optimize the setup as needed.
