Unique id is empty in user table, company table

Unique id is empty in user, company table eventhough there is a business rule for that like unique id will copy the sys id

but for some records alone unique id is empty and then mandatory fields also empty. can you please help me what will be the root cause?

Hi,


From my POV, first thing to troubleshoot is, when the BR is created vs when the record is created. There are chances these records are created before the BR is created.

Second thing to understand is, is it still a current issue? If soo, you may need to reproduce the error, check the logs and find RC.
