I am curious who in the community uses SPM for multiple groups/functions, for example, IT, engineering, new product development, etc. Do all functions use the same configuration/fields? If not, how do you accommodate differing requirements for each group/function?
There is desire from my senior leadership to consolidate project/portfolio management toolsets across the business, and ServiceNow SPM is a top candidate, so we are thinking through how we would handle this. Thanks in advance!
