Use BOTH Test management 1.0 & Test Management 2.0

Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience using BOTH Test Management applications? My team is in the process of implementing Test Management 2.0 and now they are thinking about using both applications for different purposes. 

Test Management 1.0 would be for UAT

Test Management 2.0 would be used for QA/Unit Testing

Both of these applications would need to integrate with projects and agile 2.0. The reason we initially went with 2.0 was because 1.0 doesn't integrate with projects/agile OOB.

Does anyone have any experience using both? Can anyone think of reasons why we should use both or should not use both applications?

Out Product management team has commented the following:

Test Management 1.0 was designed and built to support user acceptance testing.

Test Management 2.0 was designed and built to support unit testing.

At the moment, there are no plans to deprecate either one of these so you are encouraged to use both as best fits your needs and processes.
