View RIDAC empty

I have entered Risks, Issues, Actions into a Demand but when I hit the view RIDAC link there are no records shown. I converted to Project to see if that would cause population but it still doesn't work.  Can someone please explain what causes the RIDAC to populate for Demand? (See Below)

@Jon Miller is exactly right. A little more context about RIDAC may be helpful...

The RIDAC Process Flow is cool. It allows you to "convert" one record type to the other (and you'll get options to close the original or keep open). The diagram below shows the possibilities.

You will not see data in your RIDAC entries until you have converted one task to/from another. To do that, open one of your records (e.g., Risk), go to the Related Links and click Convert to RIDAC. The related list will display the connections.

It took me a while to work out what was going on with RIDAC. It's actually pretty neat the way it works. Create a Risk how you normally would, go back into it and hit Convert to RIDAC. It'll prompt you what you want to convert it to. That will then start to populate the RIDAC view/table. You can start with a single Risk that becomes an Issue, that requires a Decision, resulting in Action that produces a Change.
