View Users under Manage Access in Strategic Planning Workspace

Team,

I have a team member that has the roles sn_align_core.apw_admin and sn_align_core.apw_user and is an Owner / Editor of a Portfolio Plan in Strategic Planning Workspace.

When they are in a Portfolio Plan and they select the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and see Share and permissions and can select Manage access, but when he selects this he gets the following message which doesn't not display any information.

This seems like a bug as it seems like the Owner / Editor(s) of the plan should be able to see who has access and this shouldn't be reliant on giving them elevated access.
If I grant the user_admin role they can see who has access to the plan.

Does anyone know if this is intended?

Hey Sam, we still need to identify the exactly solution, but ServiceNow let us know that there is an ACL running on the sys_user_group table that is restricting this.
We need to assess our ACL's, but they were confident this was the issue.

You will probably want to do the same thing where you assess your ACL's.

Following up here team.

The issue that we ran into was that we had groups setup as both viewers and editors of portfolio plans.

When this happened it caused conflicting access.

Once we removed the group from the viewer access this fixed the issue.
