We are using Portfolio Planning in the Strategic Planning Workspace. Sometimes a weird thing happens.
Someon has access to a Portfolio Plan, can see the items on the Prioritisation view, and suddenly after a refresh or the next day the Plans says
"No content available
Contact your ServiceNow administrator for more information"
No change has happened on the plan or the user record, and this resolves itself usually in a couple of days.
Did anyone had this experience? Could there be a quick way to resolve this?
Thanks,

Hello!
I'm experiencing a similar situation. A few days ago, a user was able to access the plan, but now they're seeing this message. However, other users are seeing it correctly.
Were you able to find a solution?

Hi @Richard Kiss & @Magali Landini ,
I would recommend you to please log a support case for finding the root cause and getting a solution.
I have not seen this issue in my instance.
Have a Great Friday !
Thanks,
Namita Mishra

Hi Namita!
I've already submitted a critical case to support, but I haven't received a response yet.
I wanted to see if I could find a solution here, since the user can't use the Strategic module.
Regards

Hi @Magali Landini ,
We've submitted a HI case and got a response too.
What SN said that the issue is caused by a corrupted user preference. They suggested deleting all the user preferences of the affected user which starts with "apw" or "spw". We tried that and it worked.
We had some similar cases since the first one and every time this worked.
SN also said that it is caused by the SPW unable to handle user preferences if the JSON value in it contains some special characters in the wrong places or something like that and that they will address this issue ion the future.
Hope it helps,
Regards
