Virtual Agent Minimise chat window message can see in 3 line where as prod can see in 2 lines.

Hello community,

Virtual agent on portal, will open VA by clicking on X button (Open chat window), when hover over on X button to close message can see Minimise chat window coming in 3 lines (in XANADU upgrade instance). When compared with Prod(Non upgrade instance) the message i can see in 2 lines. how can i keep the message same like prod (in 2 lines). 

And also let me know if this update is part of upgrade.

Please try using browser inspector refer,Solved: Change the minimize icon in the agent chat with Se... - ServiceNow Community
This most probably changed due to latest upgrade.
