In PPM, all tasks & subtasks Actual Start/End times keep getting shifted to 8 AM and 5 PM or based on Planned Time.
The client needs the exact timestamp.
Blocking rollup flags and checking BRs/SIs hasn’t stopped the time normalization.
Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?
Example : If the Planned Start time is set to : 7:15 the Actual start time also sets to 7:15 irrespective of the current time. Same with the end time.
