what are the specific meanings for status colours in project workspace

can anyone please tell me what those colours(yellow,red,green) indicates

In Project Workspace, The colors which we are showing in "Status" widget are derived from the 'status' field in 'pm_project'. So, It is similar to 'status' field in 'pm_project' form.

GREEN:safe

RED:danger like that

That's the overall status from your last status report created in the project.

Green= on-track

Yellow= At-risk

Red= Major issues
