What is the difference between Issues and Defect linked to a project ? We find both as tab on each project.
If they are 'kind of incidents', then what is the difference with them and Incident managed by Incident Process ?

Hi Thierry. Defects are bugs detected during Testing/QA. They can be managed in the SDLC application if you are using a framework like Scrum. Defects can also be reported while completing test cases in Test Management.
Issues on the other hand are impediments of some kind to the project - resource shortage for instance. A project manager keeps an Issue Log for tracking and status reporting. Issues are typically managed to minimize their impact on a specific project whereas incidents management is concerned with the general service quality/availability.
