What role is required to enable users to create Stories and Test case.

Hi Everyone,

User is unable to see 'Create Test', 'Create Defect', 'Create Enhancement' in banner of the story even thought user has a roles like 'scrum_story_creator' and many as below, Please let me know the solution.

Hello,

What do you mean by the " banner of the story"? Do you mean this-

OOTB, there are no UI Actions (functionality) for converting a Story to a Defect, Test, or an Enhancement -- "'Create Test,' 'Create Defect,' 'Create Enhancement.'"

'Create Defect' and 'Create Enhancement'" functionality only exists in Demand, Incident, and Problem OOTB.

"Create a Test Phase" only exists in Project OOTB.

Hang on, where exactly are you expecting to see the options? In the additional actions menu if you click the context hamburger (or right click header bar next to the case number), or in the application navigation menu?

as a System Admin you can perform all the Activity.

also you need to have the any role from the Below.

scrum_sprint_planner
scrum_story_creator
