Where can I see the list of portfolio's that my project is associated with?

My project is a part of multiple portfolios and I would like to see the list of portfolios that my project is associated to.

ServiceNow does not allow multiple Portfolios for a Project.

The Hierarchy is Portfolio to have Programs and Programs to have Projects.

Not sure if your current Project form has these fields displayed but you can always add these on the Project form.

Also remember you can add them on the list view if it is for your need.
