I have been looking for informations about SPM and it really caught my attention the Unified Backlog feature in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) application. However, I have find in this article in ServiceNow Documentation that this feature is being deprecated in XanadĂș and another article which says that SAFe app must be migrated to Enterprise Agile Planning. I have been trying to find how to reproduce this Unified Backlog inside EAP, but I did not find anything. How can I replace this functionality in EAP? Does it exist some feature that does this job or it has to be custom-coded?

Hi @fabi0caballer0 ,
I can understand the usefulness of unified backlog and appreciate the follow-up.
You are correct, it is not part of Yokohama.
Hi @Scott Townsend1 ,
We were discussing this point last month. In case you have any insight, please share.
Thank You!

I just installed EAP and SAFe in my PDI. I have scrum_product_owner and with both installed triage boards are missing from the SAFE Board Backlog. Are triage boards completely broken or is something else maybe wrong here?

Hi @fabi0caballer0,
Definitely agree on the usefulness of the feature. At this point, you can still connect EAP to Agile Dev 2.0 and use the Unified Backlog from the Agile Dev area. We do plan to add a unified backlog to our Collaborative Work Management (CWM) tool later this year which will connect to EAP as well (targeting November but targets can always change).
I hope that helps and happy to discuss further.

Hello @Scott Townsend1,
Is my understanding correct that EAP Enterprise Agile Planning is replacing only SAFe module that will be deprecate and is intendzd for the Scale Agile frameworl or is EAP also replacing the Agile Development/Agile Develoent 2.O and intended to be used/support also the agile? Thank you
