Hello Community
Actual Travel Duration is a field in Work Order Tasks and is automatically calcualted based on Actual Travel Start and Actual Work Start.
Both Travel Start and Work Start date fields are being populated correctly. And the Actual Work Duration ('calendar_duration') is working fine but 'actual_travel_duration' remains empty.
It was working correctly up until a certain date and then stopped and I am trying to troubleshoot but I cannot find where the calucaltion is made.
Could someone please help me identify this? Or, if anyone has knowledge on the behaviour of how these duration fields work and are calculated that would also be very helpful.
Regards

Hello
I should clarify: I have done extensive research on the wiki and scanned all business rules, scripts, policies and associated script includes for any reference to the field. I especially focussed on those assocaited with the wm_task table but have also done broader searched within our instance. We use Calgary release.
This question is of a techincal nature and not associated with normal day-today use of Work Management.
