Workspace Currency Formatting

Hello,

According to documentation and according to how ServiceNow should  display currency it should have the following precedence.

User Session Currency

System Locale

Browser Local

I have the following question. I have observed the following in an OOB Project Workspace in a PDI when I enter 2,000,000.00 CHF in a field.

When I login with a user that has en_IN (India) as a country code the Workspace shows the following formatting:

But when viewing the same record  backend(UI 16 Form) logged in with the same user, the field value is formatted the way that it was originally entered:

The problem that I'm having is that I want to have the same behavior(same currency formatting) as in the Backend(UI16 form) as in the Workspace. 

Does anyone know how to change the currency formatting un Workspace\UI Builder to work the same way as in UI16 Forms?

Fx Currency does not seem to be supported in Workspace and I need to find a way to display the currency values as in the UI16 Forms in the Workspace.

Yes they do but their formatting is different.
