Hello,
I've created an email notification and had a question. The notification is set to send an email to the Service Initiator when an email is sent to one of our email groups. This process works as required, however, if you have a scenario when the Service Initiator is incorrect and needs to be updated, another email doesn't get sent to the new Service Initiator. The only time a new email gets sent is if I select 'Updated' in the notification however this option also creates new emails every time any of the other fields on the incident form gets update which is not ideal. I only need a new email to generate if the Service Initiator field changes. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm testing it now with the the updated option checked and it appears to be working. Thank you for your help.
