I changed the "Download" link for attachments to "View".
I have set the attribute "Use Document Viewer=true" in the collection type dictionary record.
When I view a compressed file (.zip), I cannot see the file contents and the file is downloaded.
Is it possible to check the contents of a compressed file?
Or can I make it a download or hide it for ".zip" files?

I found this KB and it's mentioned in docs which are supported

not all files can be viewed using document viewer.
Zip file is one of those and you cannot view it using ServiceNow native UI.
