ACL error message for report view

Hello,

 

I have provided a non-itil role user in ServiceNow the report_admin role and added them to a custom ACL which restricts access to reports on a specific table.

 

I could replicate the error when impersonating him prior to providing him the access to the custom ACL. After giving him the ACL and impersonating, I could now access the report - as expected. However, since providing the access, he still gets the error message when accessing it via link. I've asked him to clear his browser cache.

 

Is there anything ServiceNow related (or not) that I need to do further?

Hi @NathanHaywood ,

 

Maybe your user have acces to the report but not for the records and tables from the report.
