How to find out where the UI macros and UI Pages are used?

We are reviewing skipped records in San Diego and have few P1 records related to UI Macros and UI Pages, please mention how we would know where this UI Macros and UI Pages are used, is there a quick way to find out the same and check if merging or reverting would cause any issues to the existing customization?
