Activity Formatter is not displaying in SC_Tasks

Hi Everyone,

 

The formatter works perfectly in the Request ITEM level, but it doesn't display for sc_tasks. I am unable to select Activities filtered. Is this a table level issue or something simple I am forgetting. 

 

I have tried researching the cause but I have not  reached an answer so this is my last option to solve this problem. Attached is an an example of the view we are trying to acheive for sc_tasks, the wrong view we have and the sys property I attempted to add to help.

Attached is the property created, business rule script and business rule condition and the view I am still seeing. I must be missing something so small. Thanks for any insight you have.

Thank you again for the feedback I have followed those instructions and I feel like I'm close. 😁 I added a section to get activities filter added but unfortunately RITM is still not displaying in the activities filter correct see imagetaskActiviites.pngtaskSection.png

Thanks for the feedback. Yes I did add the systemp property and br but still no luck.
