Activity Formatter is not displaying in SC_Tasks

Hi Everyone,

The formatter works perfectly in the Request ITEM level, but it doesn't display for sc_tasks. I am unable to select Activities filtered. Is this a table level issue or something simple I am forgetting. 

I have tried researching the cause but I have not  reached an answer so this is my last option to solve this problem. Attached is an an example of the view we are trying to acheive for sc_tasks, the wrong view we have and the sys property I attempted to add to help.

Are you sure auditing is enabled for the field?

Also, can you elaborate on "Are you sure auditing is enabled for the field?" the view is correct for the RITM level/ See attachment everything is displaying correctly. Is there a field I need to add to the task table?
