'Add attachment' and 'Send' message is not visible for user with snc_internal role on Custom Portal

Hi 

I am using custom portal where we have extended sc_request and sc_req_item table and created 1 custom catalog item to submit the request.

but on portal I when end user create the request and submit it, then on ticket status page 'Add attachment' and 'Send' message not visible to end user with snc_internal role.

For admin it's visible. 

- For 'send' message, I have tried to create ACLs for additional comments and comments and worknotes on extended custom table but not worked.

- For attachment I have checked 'glide.attachment.role' property that is public and no roles, thats mean available for all roles.

Please response if anybody has any idea.
