Adding an Announcement notification like the one's in Servicenow

FYI, 
If you want to add a banner notification similar to what ServiceNow has on their support page.

We're on Utah, so on the platform navigate to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Banner Announcements. There you can create the banner announcement.  Fill in the fields and save.

The Associated to Configurations related list displays at the bottom of the form.

1. In the Associated to Configurations related list, select New.
2. In the Announcement Config field, select the Lookup using list icon  .
3. Select Unified Navigation from the Banner Announcement Configs list. you can set the order, the lower the order of the banner announcement mapping, the higher the priority is of the banner announcement mapping.
4. On the Banner Announcement Mapping form, select Submit.
5. On the Banner Announcement form, select Update.

 I found this to be useful as an additional means of communicating to our development team.
